Your profile holds the details Visarun reuses in every application: your name, phone and address.
Open My Profile at the bottom of the sidebar. The tabs are Account, Company, Notifications, My Documents and Connected apps; agency staff whose organization keeps portal accounts also see Portal accounts.
Account
- First Name, Last Name: as in your passport.
- Full Name in Native Alphabet: your name in your own script, which some forms ask for (the US DS-160, for example).
- Phone Number: used in visa forms and for notifications.
- Current Address: filled into the questionnaires. Quick Entry: Paste Address & Auto-Parse with AI splits a pasted address into its fields.
Changes save as you type. Your email cannot be changed here; write to support@visarun.ai if you need to change it.
Notifications
Notifications lists what happened in your applications: a status change, a message from a specialist, a document to replace. Unread shows only the new ones, All the full history.
