Visarun is a technology platform that assists individuals and organizations with the visa application process. Our services include:

• Document verification — automated review of submitted documents for completeness and compliance
• Application form assistance — AI-assisted form filling based on user-provided information
Status tracking — real-time monitoring of visa application progress
• Consultation services — access to visa processing specialists where available

Visarun is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or government agency. We do not:
‍
• Guarantee visa approval — the final decision rests solely with the relevant government authority
• Provide legal advice — our AI guidance and specialist recommendations are informational in nature
• Act as your legal representative before any government bodyIssue, approve, or deny visas

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements, immigration regulations change frequently. You are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of your application before submission to any government authority.

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You may also be invited to join the Platform by an organization administrator.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access

Certain services on the Platform require payment. All fees are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Prices are stated in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Visarun does not store your full credit card details.

Your payment covers Visarun's visa processing assistance services — including document preparation, application form completion, review, and submission support. You are not paying for the visa itself. Government fees, if applicable, are separate and will be clearly identified.

• Before submission: If your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant government authority, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].
• After submission: Once an application has been submitted, the service has been substantially performed. Refunds after submission are provided at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.
•Visa denial: A visa denial by a government authority does not entitle you to a refund, as the denial is outside our control. However, if the denial was caused by an error attributable to Visarun, we will re-process your application at no additional cost or provide a refund.
•Government fees: Government or embassy fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable, as these are charged by third parties.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or falsified documents or information
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Platform
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal immigration or document fraud
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our written consent
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

You are solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all documents and information you upload to the Platform. Visarun performs automated checks for completeness but does not independently verify the authenticity of your documents.

The Platform, including its software, algorithms, AI models, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Visarun or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the documents and personal information you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Visarun a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Platform, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without obligation to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Given the nature of our services, you may provide sensitive personal data including passport information, travel history, and biometric photographs. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visarun disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visarun's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Visarun in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Visarun be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Travel costs or losses resulting from visa denial or delay
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your data
• Damages resulting from any government authority's decision regarding your visa application

Visarun shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, changes in immigration law or policy, sanctions, pandemic, war, or disruption to internet infrastructure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visarun, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your submission of fraudulent or inaccurate information
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any third-party claim arising from your use of the Platform

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees paid for services in progress.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach these Terms
• You provide false or fraudulent information
• We are required to do so by law or government order
• We reasonably believe your account poses a security risk

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ceases immediately
• We may retain your data as required by applicable law or as described in our Privacy Policy
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or its successor body.
3. Arbitration: If mediation does not resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• We will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Visarun regarding the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Visarun may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
