Each application has a short questionnaire built for that country's form. Start with the documents: Visarun reads them and fills in most answers for you.
How the form works
- The numbered steps at the top show where you are. Press Next and Previous to move between them, or press a step's number.
- Your answers save as you type. You can close the page and come back later.
- Answers read from your passport are filled in for you. Check them against the passport and correct anything that differs.
- On a computer, the ? next to a question opens Mira with that question, so you can ask what it means.

Ask Mira
Mira, the assistant, sits next to the form. Ask her what a question means, which document to upload or what to do next. Press Hide chat to give the form the whole screen.
You can also send her a document. Attach it with the paperclip under the chat box, say what it is, and she fills the questions it answers; the fields she filled are marked Autofilled. Then she lists what is still missing.

Before you submit
Each step checks its own answers when you press Next. If something required is missing, a note says Some required fields are incomplete, the step's number at the top turns yellow with the count of answers it still needs, and those questions are marked in red with what is wrong. You can go on and come back: once the step is complete, its number turns green with a tick.

The last step (Review & Submit on most forms) lists anything that still needs an answer or a better document. Fix those, then submit. What happens next depends on the country; the application's status at the top of the page shows where it is.
