Indonesia e-Visa FAQ for Pakistani passport holders

Do Pakistani citizens need a visa for Indonesia?
Yes. Pakistani citizens need a visa for Indonesia: they are not on the visa-free list and cannot get a visa on arrival. The usual route is the C1 tourist visa, issued as an e-Visa through the official portal evisa.imigrasi.go.id before you travel. It allows one entry and a stay of up to 60 days from arrival, which can be extended up to 180 days in total. Indonesian embassies and consulates also process C1 applications.
How much does the Indonesia C1 e-visa cost?
The official fee published by the Directorate General of Immigration is IDR 1,000,000 for the C1 visa with a 60-day stay. After the application is submitted, the e-Visa system shows a billing code, and the fee is paid through designated banks. The All Indonesia arrival card is free. Visitors to Bali also pay a levy of IDR 150,000 each time they enter Bali, online at lovebali.baliprov.go.id or at counters at Bali's airport and ports.
How long does it take to get an Indonesia C1 e-visa?
According to the Directorate General of Immigration, a C1 visa is processed in five working days after the visa fee is received, whether you apply online at evisa.imigrasi.go.id or at an Indonesian embassy or consulate. The issued e-Visa is valid for 90 days: you must enter Indonesia within 90 days of issue, otherwise a new visa is needed. Validity is different from the length of stay, which is counted from your arrival date.
How long can Pakistani citizens stay in Indonesia on a C1 e-visa?
Up to 60 days from the date of arrival, on one entry. The stay can be extended several times, online through your account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id, up to 180 days in total, and it can be converted into a limited stay permit (ITAS). For repeated trips there is the D1 multiple-entry tourist visa, valid for 1, 2 or 5 years with 60 days per entry, which also requires a CV, a travel itinerary and an invitation or family letter. Selling goods or services, receiving wages and speaking at events are not allowed on a C1.
What documents do I need for an Indonesia C1 e-visa?
A passport valid for at least 6 months, a colour photo taken within the last year and a bank statement for the last 3 months, in your name or a guarantor's, showing at least USD 2,000 or the equivalent. Holders of travel documents other than a national passport need 12 months of validity and a guarantor in Indonesia. The C1 covers tourism, family visits, transit, meetings, conventions and exhibitions as a participant, business talks, site visits and medical activities. Before arrival, complete the free All Indonesia arrival card.
